Acai Berry Yogurt Popsicle
Prep Time: 15-20 minutes | Cook Time: 4 hours | Serves: 6 serving
Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option)
1/4 cup Earths Basket Acai Berry Powder
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh berries (such as blueberries or raspberries), for added texture and flavor (optional)
Method:
STEP 1
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, acai berry powder, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
STEP 2
If desired, fold in fresh berries into the mixture for added texture and flavor.
STEP 3
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
STEP 4
Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
STEP 5
Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
STEP 6
Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by briefly running the molds under warm water to loosen the popsicles.
STEP 7
Serve the Acai Berry Yogurt Popsicles immediately and enjoy!
